Who cited your device as a predicate?
When a company files a 510(k), it must name the legally marketed device it claims substantial equivalence to. If that device is yours, a competitor has publicly declared they are entering your market with something they argue is the same as your product. FDA does not publish predicate citations as data — they exist only as text inside each submission's PDF, so this cannot be looked up in the FDA database or any general search tool.
